Samantha graduated from Flinders University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws. Samantha was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in February 2022. In May 2022, Samantha commenced her legal career as a Legal Associate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. In June 2023, Samantha began working at the Legal Services Commission as a Family Duty Lawyer, assisting self-represented litigants navigate the complex family law system.

Working between various roles within the Legal Services Commission, Samantha gained valuable experience advising and representing clients in relation to separation and divorce, property settlement, children’s matters, child support and care and protection matters.

Samantha joined BTD Lawyers in 2026, bringing her experience across a range of family law matters to the firm. Samantha strives to assist clients by simplifying the legal process whilst providing accurate and tailored legal advice. Samantha’s warm and empathetic approach helps clients to feel valued and understood.

In addition to her work, Samantha enjoys travelling to experience different cultures and cuisines.
